Themed weekends for groups to learn about specific strengths and concerns in the city:
Weekends are available throughout the year but are not normally hosted in summers to allow our local city staff a day of sabbath. Call Marie 303-295-3667 to inquire for your preferred dates. |
Weekends begin with arrival on Friday for supper,and orientation, followed by a cultural event. Saturday includes a daylong service assignment, dinner and a panel discussion/presentation. The weekend ends with departure after Sunday-morning worship in an urban congregation. The $95 cost per participant covers food, lodging, materials and administration. Weekend experiences are particularly geared to congregations near Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Hollywood, Miami and San Antonio. All logistics are arranged.
